Dabei soll zusätzlich die Altersabhängigkeit von Wahrnehmungsleistungen berücksichtigt werden. Die Untersuchung erfolgt in einem Fahrsimulator mit 30 Fahrern. In einer Voruntersuchung wurde bereits das Alter erhoben und die Probanden wurden aus diesen Daten in eine Rangreihe gebracht. Vom Alter her einander ähnliche Personen werden zufällig auf die Untersuchungsbedingungen verteilt. Diese bestehen aus unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten, nämlich 40km/h, 50km/h oder 60km/h.
